SINU Lombardia-Piemonte Congress

On February 28, 2024 Alice Rosi and colleagues Federica Bergamo, Damiano Callegaro, Silvia Callegaro, Perla Degli Innocenti, Arianna Gallina e Costanza Michielini participated at the SINU Lombardia-Piemonte Congress entitled "Tools for food consumption assessment: available updates and new applications," at the European Institute of Oncology (IEO) in Milan.

 

A detailed overview of the updated Italian databases (CREA and BDA project) was provided and discussed in depth the methodological approaches of compilation used, as well as the application contexts of these databases in nutrition research.
