Prof. Daniele Del Rio is the Vice-Rector for Research and Technology Transfer at the University of Parma and a Full Professor of Human Nutrition. He is also the Chair of the Board of Directors of the ONFOODS Foundation. He has built and guided a large research team focused on studying the molecular mechanisms linking diet and health, with particular attention to plant-based foods.
