Perla is a second-year PhD student in Food Science, under the supervision of Prof. Scazzina Francesca. She holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition Sciences from the University of Parma and a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Padua.
His research work is concerned with the implementation of innovative strategies in the area of family nutrition education, with the aim of promoting a healthy and sustainable food lifestyle consistent with the principles of the Mediterranean Diet.
