Laila Zeraik

 

 

Laila is a second year PhD student with a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy-biochemistry (University of São Paulo, Brazil) and a MSc in Food Science (University of São Paulo, Brazil).

Her research project aims to investigate, through mass spectrometry application, the prevalence of low-molecular-weight (poly)phenols that originate from both exogenous sources and the endogenous metabolism, considering interindividual variability.
