Lorenzo Stella

 

 

Graduated in Biotechnology at the University of Padua, Lorenzo achieved a master's degree in Human Nutrition Sciences at the University of Parma.

Currently, he holds the role of research fellow at the Department of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Parma.

Involved in the ON Foods Project (PNRR), his research activity consists in the development and application of educational models aimed at promoting healthy and sustainable diets.
