I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Milan and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition Science from the University of Parma. At this moment, I’m a first year PhD student in Food Science with Letizia Bresciani as supervisor.

The main objectives of research project I will work on in the next few years are to evaluate the adherence to a seasonal diet and how it can be correlated with the Mediterranean Diet and how it can influence polyphenol metabolites production by human microbiota.
