Cristina del Burgo

 

 

Cristina is a Nutritionist and Dietitian with a Master in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism (2019) and a PhD in Nutrition, Physiology and Health (2024) by the University of Navarra (Spain). As part of her thesis project, she studied the impact of thermal treatments on phenolic compounds and on their in vitro and in vivo metabolization using HPLC-MS/MS.

Currently, she works as researcher and will continue exploring the metabolism of phenolic compounds.
