Kyriaki Apergi

 

 

Dr. Kyriaki Apergi is an expert in Public Health and Prevention of Non-Communicable Chronic Diseases, with over a decade of research and policy experience. Currently serving as the President of the Public Health Working Group at the Hellenic Association of Dietitians Nutritionists, selected member of the Research and Evidence Based Practice Committee (REBPC) of the European Federation of the association of Dietitians (EFAD) and a Honorary Research Fellow / Senior Biostatistician at the University of Patras, Greece.

Her interest focuses on advanced biostatistical analysis and the impact of dietary interventions on public health. With a robust background in data science, she leads projects involving big data management, risk assessment, and scientific methodologies across various international settings. Her research contributions span dietary exposure, risk assessment, and scientific writing, with a notable role in coordinating clinical studies and advancing data quality and visualization techniques.
