My name is Bianca, and I am originally from Parma. I graduated in October 2024 with a degree in "Food Science for Innovation and Authenticity" from the Free University of Bolzano. In November 2024, I began my PhD in Food Science, under the supervision of Professor Pedro Mena and Professor Letizia Bresciani. My research project, funded by the "Department of Excellence," will focus on the study of high molecular weight flavan-3-ols in biological samples, primarily feces, using various chromatographic techniques.
