After completing my Bachelor's degree in "Biotechnology," I earned my Master's degree in "Molecular, Genomic, and Industrial Biotechnology" in April 2024 at the University of Parma. Between July and November 2024, I worked at Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. in the Research and Development department, focusing on the development and production of dry powder drugs for respiratory diseases.
Since November 2024, I have started my Ph.D. in Food Science, under the supervision of Professor Pedro Mena. My research project is funded by the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) and the Department of Food and Drug Sciences (funds from the "FARE CARE-DIET" project) and will focus on the integration of datasets to develop dietary strategies aimed at promoting cardiometabolic health through plant-based diets.
