Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology and a Master's degree in Human Nutrition Science at the University of Parma, I worked as a research fellow in computational chemistry, investigating inter-individual variability in (poly)phenol metabolism through in silico approaches, specifically molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations.
Currently, I am involved in the PRE-CARE-DIET project, which focuses on preventing cardiometabolic diseases through a personalized and sustainable diet rich in (poly)phenols.
