I have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition. I have been involved in various research projects regarding public health and human nutrition, in Qatar and Italy. I am currently involved in the research project PRE-CARE-DIET of the Univeristy of Parma, which is a nutritional intervention project to explore the effect of polyphenols exposure on cardiometabolic health.
