1st Conference SINU Young

 

The 1st Conference organized by the Youth Group of the Italian Society of Human Nutrition (SINU), entitled "Health of man and the planet: the role of diet", was held on Friday, January 19.

The event, attended by more than 200 participants from all over Italy, involved Alice Rosi in the Organizing and Scientific Committee.

HNU was also actively involved during the day with Beatrice Biasini presenting a speech entitled "Making food choices sustainable: from theory to practice."
