ONFOODS-Spoke 7 - Discussion Panel
In the context of the PNRR "ONFOODS" project, on 20 March 2024 at the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of Bologna, Francesca Scazzina, Cinzia Franchini, Damiano Callegaro and Lorenzo Stella participated in a working table on collective catering together with various institutions belonging to spoke 7. The aim of the working group was to learn about the research activity of the different spoke groups in the field of collective catering, in order to develop new ideas for work and identify potential collaborations.
Cinzia Franchini and Damiano Callegaro presented the results of the research activity carried out by the Human Nutrition Unit of the University of Parma, as well as future projects aimed at promoting healthy and sustainable diets in collective catering.
